Crayon Color

If I were a crayon color, I would have to choose to be the color pink. First, pink is my favorite colors. Not just a light pink, but a vibrant and hot pink. I think this color of pink just explains my personality and attitude towards a lot of things. I am a positive and bright thinker and never let anything get in my way. I would also be this color pink because I feel that when people look at me, they don't see me as a dull color or just any ole color of crayon in the box. Especially my best of friends would say I'm a bit of a colorful and crazy kind of person just like this color pink. I'm one of the nicest people when you first meet me and never say much. But once you get to know me and start talking to me more, I am very out there and wild kind of girl. Just like the crayon. First, its just color in itself, but after you color on paper or start writing with it, it becomes a completely new structure and puts itself out there for everyone to see and doesn't hold anything back.

"buy an essay"

I think that writing is about subject and content just as much as skill. Yeah you have to have some knowledge and skill to be able to write, but the writing is a lot about the content in the paper. Writing content makes the paper what it is and and the skill is just how well the content is in the paper all together. Writing can be just to learn about a certain subject or for an assessment such as a research paper or for a class like science or history. It really matters about what content that you put into your paper and how "skilled" the content of the paper is. I personally think that a paper/writing is personal and fits to you and how you write and your writing style. The website "buy an essay" is a very helpful website if you just have extra money to throw around and are really really desperate for an essay by like the next day. You are responsible for what your paper turns to be and who writes it. I would be afraid of getting caught by someone for plagiarism because there isn't a for sure way to know that just you got that one paper/essay.

Little black shoe

My little girls name was Bella. Sometimes we would even call her Ella for a change. Switch it up ya know. She was always the happiest of girls and was very well behaved for being 2 years old. We would always run around side and play with her. She loved her nap time and always slept at night so well. Little Bella loved going to church on every Sunday. I think it was the getting dressed part that she loved the most. I had the cutest of dresses for little Miss Bella. She especually liked these little black shoes that she would where with every outfit. No matter what color, what pattern, how cold it was, whatever; she would be seen wearing these little shoes. They were a gift from her grandparents for Christmas this past year. They are white and black striped on the inside and black shiny on the outside. They had a strap that went over the top of her foot and a big bow that was placed on the tip of the shoe. Ella wore the cutest dress to church on Easter Sunday and of course her black little shoes. Her dress was picked out by her father and I at the mall a few days before. We had picked out a pastel colored dress with frilly flowers on the top and the bottom. Thankfully her black shoes matched PERFECT with the little dress for Bella. On Easter Sunday we all headed out to church at NorthPoint. We dropped our little girl off at the nursery so we could go to church service. After service, we went back to pick her up at the nursery where she always has fun seeing her babysitters and little friends she had made. With that big smile on her face as we walked up to get her she ran up and grabbed my leg and I picked her up. We left to go eat lunch after church and got to the restrauant and realized one shoe was missing.. I didnt know what to do cause she was on the verge of crying because those were her favorite shoes ever. After shedding a few tears we got little bella to calm down. Being the nice parents my and my husband are, we went out to the mall where grandparents got her shoes and got her a brand new pair for our precious daughter to wear.

Dictionary of Words

It was summer time. All of the flowers were blooming, and the birds were chirping while the temperature just hit an all time high. It was honestly hard to believe that Christmas was already on its way in a few months. My sister and I had just got out of school for the year and had a trip down to Florida planned. 2 weeks later, we flew down to the wonderful sunshine state and stayed on a beautiful resort on the beach.  We could live on the ocean if we got to choose. The language and accents down here in Destin was a lot different than good ole Springfield, MO. When folks down here talk to you, they always have to say, "Ya'll" instead of you all.  Doesnt bother me, but it sure is a lot different to hear all of the time. After laying out by the colorful beach all day, we went back to our resort. With that feeling of bubbles still between our toes, we showered and got ready for the nightly adventures that we were about to begin. Shelby my sister and I went out to eat a nice pizza dinner together. I kept having to tell her to stop because she always tends to get crazier than a petcoon. Indubablly, we weren't sure what our activities consisted of, we just walked around and did the first thing that we saw. She would always tell me, "Come on sis" when I was unsure about her decisions on what to do. I was always a fungo type of person who liked to do things on my own and she was always the opposite. Every time I told her that she was wrong she will respond, "bet" because she thinks she knows everything. Being the nice older sister I am, I will respond, "Alright" to make her happy. Our first stop was a whimsical little beach house right next to a diesel gas station. There were always fun parties on the beach when we went down there so we always made sure to check them all out. This beach house was at a little house up on stilts that was the color of stick butter. So tiny that you could hear the backglass in the bathrooms. After meeting new people in the house and playing a few games, Shelby and I decided we should leave and start heading back to the resort. The simplicity of the city was just a bunch of wonderlust of joy. When we left, we decided to go down to the beach and walk along the ocean front. The water being so clear it looked like a live aquascape. Our bound back to our rooms was longer than we expected. We both needed to get some sleep from our busy funfilled day. We were both feeling a little knackered out. With the feeling of being a little wonky, we wondered our way back to our room.

Video Writing

It was a cloudy day when I met my friend for coffee at the coffee shop last Monday. We sat there enjoying our dark warm coffee just talking the day away. The smell of the shop smelt like coffee beans had exploded everywhere. The sight of the early morning goers before going to work. Carly and I somehow got on the topic of relationships and our boy problems. Carrying on that conversation, out of the corner of our eyes, we saw a small silver bouncing briefcase looking thing. We were stumbled in our words, not knowing a word to say. Seeing the man behind it chase it down the street was a good laugh in itself honestly. He kept running for it knowing he probably wouldn't catch it. Soon later, the case started shooting missiles from it at the man running towards it. We couldn't see him any longer, but heard his sharp screams from the building next door. Come to find out its a little bird in the briefcase controlling things from the inside. I could feel the fear radiating off of the little man chasing it. This bird was causing so much trouble in the town leading to car wrecks and damage to the buildings surrounding him. We just sat there in awe and shock not knowing what to even do. I touched the warm side of my coffee cup and lifted it up to my lips. As still watching out the window, I see a space shuttle slowly appearing in the background. At this point, I definitely thought I was seeing things and going crazy. I eventually put down my coffee and went outside to watch all of the events. Not even 10 seconds later, the so known rocket takes off and starts for the sky. The man and bird took of on the briefcase following the shuttle to "Russia" to stop it. Finally, after the smell of gas roamed the city and sight of much damage, the man managed to blow up the rocket. I could taste the gas and smoke that lingered in the air. I see a bagel looking thing drop from the sky along with the bird. Come to find out, all the bird ever wanted was the bagel that the man was eating from. In the end, he got what he wanted but surely didn't know he would cause so much trouble on the way. The cops later rushed to the scene and took it all from there. Needless to say, my friend Carly and I had a very interesting coffee date!

Sunset

This picture is a picture of the sunset by the ocean on a summer night.  It was a very hot and sunny day down at Destin Beach. My cousin and I had spent all day on the smoldering sand and laid out until we could see the sun start to set. The sky was as pretty as a flower growing in a new garden. The clouds were varied in the sky but not taking all over just yet. The sun was setting faster and faster and out of no where we saw a little baby dolphin jump up right in from of our camera. It was very Ironic because her and I were just talking about where the sea animals were at this time of the day. The water trailing behind the little dolphin and the big splash as he plunged back into the water was definitely a sight to see. They are my favorite animal so I think it was meant to be that he jumped up at that time and that place. As the sun set lower, the clouds began to take over and more started to appear. In the distance, all we could see were jumping dolphins up and down, in and out of the calm waters. After the sun fully set down, the clouds took over and it smelt like the lovely smell of rain. The rest of the night it poured down rain until the sun rose the next morning to where we were sitting on the balcony of our resort.

Tator Tot Casserole

Reason-why

There are a couple reasons why I wanted to make this tator tot casserole. I have heard my mom talk about it a lot when I was younger. She had always said how her mom (my grandma) had made it all the time when they were sick. There was one day I had slept all day because I had been up all night sick to my stomach and throwing up. I asked my mom is she would fix me some tator tot casserole for a change. Of course she made it for her sick little daughter and I have loved it ever since. Don't know why but it always tastes better when you re sick too. The other reason is that it really is an easy dish to fix all by myself with the recipe.

Process

The process is pretty easy. Not much to it.
First, you cook the beef and (onion if you want) in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until the beef is well browned, stirring to separate meat. Pour off any of the nasty fat.
Second, you stir the soup, ketchup and Worcestershire in the skillet. Spoon the beef mixture into a baking dish. Arrange the tator tots around the inside edge of the baking dish. Some people don't like that many but personally, I like to put a lot of tator tots in mine. Stick it in the oven and bake it at 425°F for 25 minutes or until the potatoes are golden brown.

Story

I decided to cook something that I have always thought sounded good but never made all by myself before. I had my mother help me make tator tot casserole. As I had said before, when she was a little girl, her mom would always make it when they were sick or not feeling well. I got really sick one day when I was about 9 years old and I told my mom that I wanted to try some of her casserole. She made it for me and then ever since that day I have never liked a meal so much by my mom. So this last Saturday, we went to the store and got a giant bag of tator tots, the meat and the other ingredients in order to make this possible and baked the meat into the skillet first. I got the recipe from my grandma which was the original one that she used when my mom was a little girl. After we took it out of the oven, I had never smelt anything so divine and good smelling. The smell lingered around the house and I swear it stayed over night. We sat down for dinner with our new recipe dinner and it was honestly the best thing I had ever tasted. And needless to say.. Ive never been the "cook" type of person so I was proud to show my mom that I can cook and it actually turned out to be something amazing that I will probably cook a lot more and cook for my children, especially when they are little sick ones at home like I was about 10 years ago.

I will never do that again

I will never let people walk all over me. I have always been the "nice guy" and never really stuck up for myself. I soon realized that I got hurt a lot more when I didn't say anything and stuck up for myself. I used to let people walk all over me and never said anything back and I eventually got fed up with it. I stood my ground and let them know that I was mad. Actually happened not long ago when I got hurt by an ex who was a total jerk to me. I let it go on for a while and then finally realized that I am better than that. I realized that I don't deserve to be treated the way I was and I went off one day. It was all built up inside me that I was not getting walked all over and taken advantage of anymore. It was time that I made a point and stood up for myself and became the stronger person. I will never let anyone walk all over me again.  I'm normally not the person to go crazy and be mean to someone but I have learned now that if they don't have it in them to be nice to me and treat me with respect, then I shouldn't have to give them any of my effort back. I will walk away from it and never do that again. Especially with relationships, I hate when girls let the guy just walk all over them and try to tell them what to do and I do not think that is right at all. Stand up and show them whose boss and that you will not take any crap from anyone! Its always what my momma has taught me and i will stick to it. I am a very nice and respectful person and will always be nice if you treat me nice but if something happens and someone is disrespectful to me, I will stand up and walk away because no one needs that in their life. I will also never let my heart down. Believe it or not, there are people that will try to let you down but never let them tear you down and be the bigger person.

She had the longest hair that always blew in her face when the wind was real heavy. The color so vibrant that she was often called "barbie". She colored it so many times that it was falling out every time she brushed it but she couldn't bare to be a darker color than her natural barbie color.

Even before I walked in the door I heard screaming of a little child. I stood and waited as I hear things being thrown at the wall and the stomping of feet. I continued to step in the door and come to see my sister on the floor in tears and screaming at my mother. Mom asked her to pick up her toys and go to her room and she continued to throw them at the wall and refuse to listen to anything she was saying to her. I tried to help and calm some things down but my little sis was not listening to anyone. Instead she started throwing her toys at me and spitting on the floor. My mother sent her to her room, drowning in her own tears.

I had just spent a whole weekend out of town in the city of Pensacola. I wouldn't want to have spent it with anyone but my boyfriend. We had the best of time on the trip and wouldn't want to trade the time for anything. Only one condition. Some of the time, I found him texting other girls that I do not like and that did not go through well. I let it go, being the nice person I am but eventually told him after it got to me some more. It wasn't the fact that I was mad, I was just more disappointed when we are out of town spending time together and hes making time to text these other people was not okay with me. I kept my cool as I explained to him that it wasn't fair to me and how it really brought me down. I didn't let it ruin my trip because I knew that I could trust him but I wanted it to end.. I sat down with him and worked things out which I'm glad we could do. I was still a little torn about it later, but I wasn't going to let it show. I knew that it would all work out and be okay so i just brushed it off and tried to think of happy things and enjoy myself.

Somewhere I would rather be

This place that I would rather be is on the beach in Florida. Laying on the beach, soaking up the sun wiht the weather that is hotter than anywhere else. Where the temperature gets up to a solid 101 in the spring time. The place in florida is a place where many come to visit and spend time at because the scenary is so real and beautiful to ponder at. With the souvenier shops on every block you look at and the night life is the highlight of your day. It has many places to shop like the 4 gigantic malls that are about 2 miles within one another. The sun is shining bright every single day, minus the little thunderstorm every few days or so. This place bring memories to me every time I step foot onto the hot feet burning sand. A place where me and my family would vacation every summer together and I would go back home looking like a different race becasue I soacked up so many sun rays.

Everything you can see in the beautiful city of Destin, Florida is outstanding. From the big builings that look like they can touch the sky, to the small little ice cream shops on the corners of downtown. You can always find a pelacan bird flying near by and always getting their sun on the sand by the beaches. You can always see millions of visiters in the summer who lay out on the beaches and take up way too much room along the shore for anyone else to lay out and enjoy it themselves. Also, you can see the beach boys running along the coast as they get in shape for the summer and sports. If you spend the day laying by the beach, you can always find boats in the distance and always some surfboarders out catching some big waves.

When you sit by the beach during the day, all you can hear is the birds singing and chirping and the waves crashing down only feet away from you. Even if you live close to the beach or stay in a hotel on the beach, you can walk outside on the doorstep and still hear the waves crashing down into the bay. Even at night you can hear the waves even clearer because there is not so many people out there. That's the most soothing sound to the ears. Around the downtown area, all you hear is cars, music, and people, laughing with their joyous friends. Its a fun place to be and makes people happy so you can always count on a laugh every now and then. The night life has a little more sound to it. Things from loud pounding music to screaming girls at the clubs.

Things that you can touch are unbelievable. If you are at the beach, then you can touch quite a bit of things. You can touch the saltwater running against your skin and the sand getting between each of your little toes. There are many sea animals and many are touchable as well. The birds are sometimes touch able and even the crabs that come out at night if you can catch on, you can touch it fast if you risk getting pinched. You can touch the sunscreen that lathers your body so that the sun does not tear up your skin and the smooth touch of aloe Vera if you did get burnt. Touching a drink at night on the beach and feeling the rush go though your body.

The smell isn't always the most decent thing if you don't enjoy a fishy kind of smell. Anywhere on the beach or close to the beach is going to have a fishy and salty kind of smell to it. The town is normally a pretty clean town so I'm not saying it smells bad, but it may not always smell like roses. The downtown and city area you can always count on smelling some kind of meal and dessert. The food is another big thing to the area and will always be a strong smell. By the beach, you may also smell drinks such as beer when you have older adults who want to have a drink on the beach.

The taste is a wonderful thing in Destin, Florida. The taste of the fresh seafood cooked up for you to the fresh hamburgers that are grilling in the back that taste like heaven. I'm not a seafood kind of person so I eat the other things that taste just as juicy and good to me. When you are swimming in the ocean, you will definitely taste some yummy tasting salt water along with some sand I'm sure. That of course is not what anyone wants to exactly taste but that's life if you re at the beach! Tasting the fresh air off of the beach and the hot summer breeze is always a good feeling as well.

I went to this place when I was 5, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14. I have gone for family vacations many of times and wish I could just live there. I have gone 6 times and always gotten the best tan I could ask for, and got to swim with the dolphins multiple times. My family and I have also gone to the museums there and toured around there and gotten to see the beauty of the sea life and more. We also have drove dun buggies around on the beach which has been one of the best parts. Another time we went down there and rode these bike looking things but had 4 seats and 8 different pedals for every one to pedal it. That was a lot of fun! I want to go again this summer so I can go and soak up the sun like in the past and enjoy my self and my family and eat some good food at the restaurants that face the beach. Now that I'm of age,  I think it would be fun to check out the night life as well.

Describe the Image

This image is a picture of 3 lizard looking creatures. There is a yellow, blue, and pinkish one. The second one is green with red little dots, and the third one is rainbow like striped of green, red, orange, blue, and yellow. The background of the picture looks as if it were a fruit roll up or candy of some sort. It has a blue feather in the middle with the lizards circling that one feather. They are all different shaped and designed just a little different than the others. Two of them are moving in the same direction and the smallest one is moving in the opposite direction of the other ones. It looks to me as if the big green one and the small little rainbow lizard are about to run into each other. They also all have different shapes for their eyes. The fattest one has little tiny circle eyes and the longer one has bigger oval shaped eyes. The smallest one has little circle eyes that are more separated from each other. They look like they are about to get into a fight on a fruit roll up looking carpet that is bunched up in different spots.

Coaches are always considered different and weird right? My cheer coach has many different weird characteristics about him. First off, hes a very slow moving guy. Not usually in any hurry to get anywhere. I'm not saying hes a fat guy but hes got a big belly and he is a pretty stocky man. Back in the day of more than 20 years ago, I saw pictures of my coach and I used to think that he was way too skinny for any man to ever be. His face was filled with many freckles that also covered most of his body. Always has been that type of guy to go out and tan in the tanning beds. He was super tan with hair so long that it was curly. Having brown hair for so long, he wanted a change and dyed his hair a bleach blonde. When he got even just a little embarrassed, his cheeks were a red so red that they glowed. Always wearing shorts, everyone could notice his short and very hairy legs. If you saw him without his glasses, you would have no idea who he was. Now coach Jesse was at times very immature for the 24 year old he was. He himself had always been a cheerleader so he was a very athletic and positive kind of guy as well. You could always count on him to be cheerful at any time of the day but quite serious if needed. Jesse was a reserved but happy type of guy. Never let anyone get in his way. Some practices get a little out of hand at times and we get to see his angry side, and let me tell you, he has a very extreme angry side to him.

Many people think of coaches as different and weird people. My coach is a very weird one. He is a very turtle moving kind of guy. Not ever in any hurry to get anywhere. I'm not saying hes a fat guy but hes got a gigantic stomach and hes a pretty chunky man. Back in the day, I saw pictures of my coach and he used to be a little twig for size. Freckles covered his body from head to toe. Never could be seen looking any darker skinned than Obama. He dyed his hair color to a barbie blonde because brown never cut it. Coaches cheeks always looked like Rudolf the red nose reindeer because they never stopped beaming red. His legs looked like a midget because he was so short and never would mistake him as a girl because of all the excessive hair on them. He loved having that nerd look when he wore his glasses to each practice. Made him feel like a smart man. Jesse never acted his age for being 24. He always played every sport and activity that he could and never had a negative bone in his body. Always a cheery person no matter what. Being a cheer coach, it was necessary to have his dead serious side and he was never afraid to use that. A lot of people liked the reserved and peaceful side of him and others liked the angry and crazy side of him. I personally like the crazy side becaue thats what makes him who he is, Coach Jesse!

Bouncy Ball

I was given the prompt of a pink and white bouncy ball. It is a very weird prop to be given to write about. I don't really know what to say for sure, but I would love to just sit her and bounce it all day. When I set it down on my desk, it was about to roll off. And even while I am typing right now its moving the desk and rolling around. You could think of it as a child, if you don't watch it closely, it could run/roll off and away. Another thing is it could be a stress reliever. If you are stressed or even angry at something, you can bounce the little pink and white ball and take some stress and anger out. You can get one of these nifty little balls from a vending thing at the mall or a restaurant somewhere. Price of one is probably just about a quarter. So not much to spend on one! It can represent a lot of things as well. Such as.. the sun, the moon, or even a star in the sky. There are monuments that look like it as well. If you look at a bowling ball, its basically the same thing except 10 pounds heavier.. A little ball like this one wouldn't hurt so bad if it was dropped on your foot or toes. If a bowling ball was, it would hurt really really bad. It could even be an exercise ball. One that you do sit ups on and roll around on. And / or even a little weight to pick up and excersise with. You know those little crunches that you twist your body with and hold a weight? you can use a little ball weight like that. It will roll basically anywhere you want it to roll. That just depends on how hard you throw it and where you want it to do. It will only go a certain distance because it will eventually stop when it looses its roll. Unless, it is going downhill then it will just keep going until it runs into something or the road flattens or smooths out. I have actually had someone throw a little ball like this at my one time and it hit me in the eye. And let me tell ya.. that wasn't the greatest feeling I have ever felt that's for sure. It can be used as a weapon if you want it to, but I wouldn't advise anyone to do that. It could represent a sport as well. Sports such as soccer, baseball, basketball, volleyball, tennis, and many more! The only difference is that they vary in size and weight.

Personal Credo

I believe that everyone has something that they love to do. Anything from sports to their career. Having something that you love to do will help you go further in those things and even the things you don't like to do. I also believe that we all have friends that we tell everything to and hang out with on the weekends. Those friends that you make in high school, may even carry over to college friends. I believe that your parents have a big impact on who you are and how you act.  Personally, I follow my moms footsteps everywhere and look up to her. Being a strong and held together woman, she is a good person to look up to. My church is another thing that I believe I stay loyal to. Going to church every Sunday and sometimes every Wednesday if I can. I go to strengthen my relationship with Christ but to also make an impact on others lives around me. I want to have children some day and raise them the exact same way my mom and dad raised me.  To love one another, go to church every Sunday, and never believe everything that you hear. Some of my past choices aren't my favorite choices. My present choices are who make me who I am today and tomorrow, such as going to work, school, and cheer practices.  My future choices are ones that I will make in order to have a family, graduate from college and get my degree in something that I love to do.

A grown up Barbie by Jane Hamill

I read the story called, "A grown up Barbie." As i was reading through it, I was wondering what she was trying to get at for a plot. As I reached the end, I understood exactly where she was coming from. I totally agree with that Jane wrote about being whoever she wanted to be and who she looked up to was who she made it to be. I related to the parts where she talked about as a kid she wanted to be just like barbie and do everything Barbie did. As she grew up and became a fashion designer, she found out that if you look up to someone who you know you want to be than you can take things better from them. I disagreed with her when she said shes a anti- fashion designer fashion designer, because that technically makes no sense. Yes, disagreement is "okay" because not everyone is going to ever agree with you. There will always be people who believe different things and never agree with you. I believe that is okay.

Cheerleading

After being a cheerleader myself for over 12 years, I have decided that it would be in my interest to be a cheerleading coach for a team. I am in a job called UCA and we travel all over the region of the Midwest to teach cheer camps to elementary, middle school, and high schoolers. I have only been with this job for 2 years now but I love it! Coaching and telling people in cheerleading what they did wrong is what I love to do. I want to make people and athletes better by coaching and helping them with whatever they need help with. It would be even cooler if I could create my own cheer gym with a few friends and have multiple teams to take to competitions and travel with. I have always thought that having my own team would be awesome. And if they got to be good enough, I could take them to The Cheerleading Worlds when they were ready. That is obviously every cheerleader and cheer coaches dream. I think that coaching a team would benefit me and the children themselves. I am experienced enough to be able to teach little ones and big ones and possibly run a business with a few other people.  It would be very time consuming and I would have to be very loyal to the job and children in cheer but it would be very worth it. Another thing is getting the kids signed up and ready to cheer at my gym.

What if...

What if...

-Mach 5 went to worlds
-We went to New Orleans
-I didnt go to Worlds last year
-I didn't have a job
-I never did gymnastics
-I never went to cheer with Tiffany
-I didnt do UCA
-I didnt do cheer in HS
-My parents werent divorced
-I grew up to be a cheer coach
-I never decided to go to college
-I never graduated from HS

What if Mach 5 went to Worlds in 2014? What if we went to New Orleans and got a bid to go to The Cheerleading Worlds. That's any cheerleaders dream is to go to Worlds of Cheerleading. Where teams from China, Austraila, and even Aftrica come to cheer all in the same place at the same time. I would do ANYTHING to go back to Worlds again and be able to cheer with the best cheerleaders in the World.  It will be super hard to accomplish. We have to work our butts off at practices now so that we are trained hard enough to go there. It will take 120% of dedication at all practices and 150% effort in order to get there. If we actually did go to worlds, it would be just as fun as it was last year. The work we put in at practice will be what we get out at our competitions. We are supposed to go to New Orleans to get a bid in February but im not totally sure that is even going to happen. Our coach just had back surgery and will be out for a while and we really dont have a good coach right now which means every single person on the team needs to step up there game and figure out what they want.  On top of that, we have had over 5-6 people just quit in the past month. No one knows how big of an impact that makes on a team if you dont finish out your commitment to a team. If everyone wants to go to Worlds that bad, they will make it happen. Its all a matter of how bad you want it. The will to put in your effort and time and dedication at practice will only lead to better performances at competitions. We go to Branson next week and will see how branson goes then we go to a couple others before some of the big ones. Im praying that we will be able to go to atleast New Orleans if we cant go to worlds but its all a matter of Gods timing and what he wants. We are puting in extra practices every week to make our goal happen and I would seriously love to go and put in all of the effort that I have to be able to go to Disney World, Florida in order to compete at the Cheerleading Worlds.

What if I never became a cheerleader? What if I never did gymnastics? What if I never went to the one cheerleading practice with my cousin? What would I be now? Who would I be now?
This topic is crazy for me. Condsidering I have been cheering for 12 years now, I dont know where my life would have led if I choose another sport, or didnt even be in a sport. Its weird to think about that stuff but its true. I had played softball a little bit in middle school but stopped when I got to high school to do HS cheerleading. Im glad I did that because it kept me busy and on my feet. Literally. We cheered at basketball games and football games which was so much fun. Honestly, I have so many more friends with being in cheer than Im sure I would have if i never did cheer. Most of my classmates supported me as being a cheerleader and always supported me in assemblys and at games. It was really nice to know that they all loved watching me do what I love. Also, with competitive cheer, I have SO many friends within my gym. Most of my friends currently are all in cheer with me. They are the ones by my side the most and trust me with everything. Without cheer I really dont know how many friends I would still have since I graduated from HS. Cheerleading has brought me through a lot and taught me so many things about sports, people, and even my body. It will bring me through the bad days im having and most always the good! I have also been many places with cheerleading. I have traveled to at least 25 different states just being involved in cheerleading. I think that this has made me love to travel and go places especially if its with my second family and best friends. I wouldnt be near as active if i wasnt in cheer thats for sure. Everyone always has to say, "cheerleading isnt a sport". I prove them wrong. Thats every cheerleaders job is to prove all of those haters wrong. It is a sport and I will always support that no matter what.

What if gas prices weren't so high? What if you only had to pay a little amount for a full tank of gas. If gas was at a lower price like less than a dollar or even a "dollar something" I think it would help out America tremendously. The thing is, a lot of people have cars but gas prices have become so high that they can not aford to put any gas into the cars that they have. America would have so much more money to spend on other things if gas wasnt so sky high. Im not even sure how it works and who and or what bring gas down or up but they need to compromise and understand that if we didnt have to pay a full $80 everytime that we filled up our cars, a lot of people would be able to pay for insurance, food, shelter, and other necessry things that our society needs. Also, the people who work wouldnt have to spend half their pay check every week to fill up their cars to get to work and run the errands that they need to run. When you actually add it up, gas prices literally take up your pocket of money. If you write a plan for every week how much money you should spend, its a ridiculous amount.

Fear -looping-

There are a lot of things in life that I fear. Some things that I shouldn't fear and somethings that are okay to fear. A big fear of mine is little creatures. Spiders, snakes, and little bugs always make me sick. I can barely kill a spider with out my mom. Snake on the other hand are super scary and I never want to cross ones path.  Fear can also mean in the real world. It could be that you have a fear of growing up. I somethings do have this fear just because you hear so many different things from older people and a lot of them make it sound so bad. But you just have to think that God has everything planned out for you in his mind and his timing and we just have to remember that.  A fear of being good enough is a fear that a lot of people also have. It's like you have gone through a lot and just wonder what you are even doing wrong. Fear of not being good enough has to do with other people as well. Surround yourself with people that you love and never treat you that way and you will not have to worry about that. A fear of career is another thing that I have. Everyone will always ask me, "what are you going to school for?" or "What do you want to do when you grow up?" I get scared because i am just going to school right now for my general education and get that out of the way.  I think about what I want to do later for my career and honestly i still don't even know. I have thought about physical therapy and sports medicine but I don't even know if i want to go though that much schooling to get to it. I want a job that is fun to do and one that i would love to go to everyday. I also want one that is going to pay well and get me through. Another fear is one that a lot of people have. Its just the fear of being alone and not having another partner to share experiences with. This is a common one and sometimes I do feel it too.  Sometimes people feel that they will not find "the one" but I  just have to keep reminding myself that its not up to me, its up to God who is for me and who I'm meant to be with! Dealing with fear is hard but is always preventable when you have God by your side to help you through it all. He will guide you and help you through your fears and worries. Going to church could also help with your fears and let you get your mind off of things.

"Dealing with fear is hard but is always preventable when you have God by your side to help you through it all." I believe that anything is possible if you have God with you. I have grown up in a house where we have gone to church every Sunday and worshiped. I was even at the point where when I got older, I would go on Wednesdays to a little Sunday School class. I grew up going to church at South Haven Baptist church which is where my parents got married. We went to that church for almost 14 years. Through the experience there we went through about 3 different preachers. The first one moved off to live with his family in another state. The second one came along and we LOVED him. He was the nicest person you could ever meet and  was always there for anyone at anytime. He was actually the guy who baptised me when I was 8 years old. He did me a lot to me and I looked up to him every Sunday. Months past, and he confessed to having an affair on his wife for about a year. He resigned and we got a new preacher. This preacher was one that was very confusing in his words and very hard for a 12 year old (at the time) to understand. The church called North point Church had just came about on Norton road out north and the one on Sunshine . We noticed that the one on Sunshine was not even 3 minutes away from our house so we tried it out there. After the first day at North point, we loved it even more! The people there were super friendly and welcoming and made us feel like we have always been there and known them forever. I met new people and friends and summer camp for the church rolled around. I wanted to go so bad so i begged my mom to go to it. I ended up going to their camp for a week at Evangal University and absolutely loved it! It was the most fun I had had in a long time. We worshiped every night and sang and talked about God. So many loving people in one place, I knew we had came to the right church for us. We are currently still there today and love it more and more each day that we go.  I hope I can live for God more and more every day.

I believe that having an affair with someone is crazy. I know a few people that have had affairs and I do not respect it or support it at all. The first one I had noticed was my pastor at my old church. We were there at the church for over 14 years and loved it there. Next thing we know, our preacher is up front talking about how he has had an affair on his wife for over a year and he was going to resign because of it. We moved to North point another church and the exact same thing had happened. We absolutely loved our preacher and he was always someone you could look up to and trust. (so we thought). He came up in front of everyone one night at church and had confessed that he had an affair on his wife for over a year as well and was resigning from the church. Everyone was so shocked because we had never seen it coming from him. We didn't judge him for it, people make mistakes but I do not respect that kind of stuff. Another situation is about my Uncle. My Aunt Netta and Uncle David had been married for about 16 years. They were a happily married couple with two young boys about the ages of 16 and 12 now. In 2012, my aunt was suspecting some suspicious things going on with my uncle. She looked at his phone and he had messages with another woman who he had been seeing. Nothing had been said to her about anything so she confronted him about it. She told him straight up what she saw and what she thought about it. He was shocked that she had found out and basically caught him in his foot steps. He wasn't completely sure what to do but eventually came out and told her what was going on. He said he wasn't happy and wanted a divorce. They soon got a divorce, he moved out with his other woman and they have lived together for about 2 years now. He thought it was the better choice but in the long run it wasn't because he told me the other day that things weren't working out so well and he regretted things. He is now wanting to live by himself and see his kids when he can. I do not support cheating or "affairs" because i think it is wrong and unfair to people. It is being dishonest and disrespectful to someone that you are supposed to "love."

Gymnastics Years

I started gymnastics when I was about 2 years old. My mother put me into it because i was always climbing around on things and was always the adventurous kind of kid. She put me into classes there that were just for fun but still taught you tumbling and things.  I was the kind of kid who hated to wear leotards and always wanted to just wear shorts and a tshirt but being in gymnastics they told you to wear a leo every single practice.  Eventually i got used to that and put up with it. I made many friends in gymnastics and loved going to every practice/meet. Since I was so little we only went to the little meets in town but i was too small to know that there was anything better. I went to a few gymnastics meet and got 1st at every meet/event. I was always super excited because I got a trophy and metal from each one.  That meant the world to a child so small and Innocent.  I eventually started getting good at it and making improvements every time i would go in. The first easy skills are called a cartwheel, round-off, back walkover, front walkover, forward roll, backwards roll, etc. I mastered those skills and moved onto the bigger skills like back handsprings and front handsprings. I got my back handspring when I was about 4 years old and fronthandsprings not long after. Getting these skills are the building block to better tumbling of all sorts of kinds! Very exciting as a kid and even as an adult looking back on it now. After being in gymnastics for about 5 years, I got tired of going to practices and bored at that age so I quit and switched to Cheerleading at a gym called "Springfield Elite" at the time. Gymnastics helped me tremendously with tumbling and skills that I eventually carried over into cheerleading which became my life and passion. I still do cheerleading till this day and love it just as much as when I first started at the age of around 7 years old. I'm very blessed that God led me in that direction after gymnastics because its been very helpful. Id say my mother was very smart to put me in gymnastics at that age because I benefited a lot from it.

New Orleans Competition 2013

My cheer team, Elite Athletics, went to New Orleans last year for a cheer competition.  The plan was to all meet at the gym and leave together on two vans that we had rented for the trip.  We met around 5 that Friday morning and noticed that one of our teammates wasn't there. After calling him 10 times in a row and him not answering, we all hopped in the vans and drove away to his house to personally pick him up from his house.  30 mins later, we got our teammate and hit the road to New Orleans!  The trip all together was about 12-13 hours.  It was honestly one of the most fun trips ever because I got to ride with my second family and spend the whole weekend with them.  We got into New Orleans about 7:00 that night. After unloading all our luggage from the vans into our super nice hotel off of Bourbon street we headed out for a team dinner.  Team dinners are always so much fun because we all can be our crazy selves around each other.  After dinner we all went back to our rooms to get sleep for our big day of competition the next day.  Waking up at 6:00am to get all ready and prepped to go, we loaded the New Orleans shuttle and we were off to the arena where our competition was held! With much excitement and nervous feelings, we got to the warm up room and warmed up our stunts and tumbling and hit the competition mat as best as we could.  Walking off the floor that day with only dropping one stunt was a really good thing.  Let me add, this was a Worlds bid competition so it was huge! Worlds is the biggest cheer comp. ever and its any cheerleaders dream.  That night we ate dinner together and walked the crazy street of Bourbon and laughed all night with our teammates.  Still needing good rest for the next day we rested up and were off again to the competition arena! It was the last day competition so we had to make it the best! Our team went out there, and hit all of our stuff and rocked the floor the second day!  After performing we had to wait for the nerve racking awards.. A couple hours later, awards rolled around and our section was up. They called off all the worlds bid winners and our name was not called. We all looked at each other confused and upset. Seniors were crying and really upset cause it was their last year. Our coach came over and said that we had actually got a bid to Worlds in Disney world. The judges had messed up our score sheets so we ended up getting a big to worlds and we were definitely the happiest people in the building! Best moment of my life!

Lincoln Log

This lincoln log can represent anything. It can be a building block to many different things that you want.  The log can also help you build on if you had more logs to attach to the first one.  For Mrs. Anthonys case, it can be a hazard.  If left on the floor, someone could fall or slip  right on it and really hurt themselves.  Thankfully thats not the case for my teacher.  She approached the log before she stepped on it, picked i tup and thats what became our writing prompt for today.  If you look deeper into the log, it can be seen as a big log as if in the woods.  Put many of those together and you could make a big fire pit and/or bonfire. Make a party out of it. Also it can represent big rocks as like the grand cannon.  If you put a lot of those lincoln logs together you could have the grand cannon.  I personally have never been so maybe im completely wrong about that, but im just going to stick with that thought about it for right now.  Many little kids play with these logs and build them together tomake bigger things and attach many of them together to make a big masterpiece.  Its hard to write a lot about this lincoln log, but ill just keep going.  It can represent a person.  You can build things off of putting people together and reuniting with one onother. If you put more than one together, you could have a family or even a friend group.  If you have a family or friend group of the logs, the only way they will "stick together" it to attach all of them with the indentions that each of them have on their sides.  Never stop building onf your friends and family because they will always be there for you no matter what.  Keep your friends and family attached to eachother and never let go or let them fall down or fall apart once they are put together. Its almost like legos. you just about attach each lego to another one to make a piece.

Jung Typology Test Reflection

When I took the Jung Typology Test, it said that I am the kind of person that likes to be in charge. This is true about me because I like to be in charge and give directions to people. I just have always been like that. It also said that I am a person who gets wounded easily and cant contain my emotions. This is VERY true about me and I can get pretty emotional at times and just cant control it. When its coming... there is no stopping,  The test says I am a protector such as a medical person of elementary school teacher. I love protecting people and helping them out with anything the best that I can. The test basically explained who I was in many different ways.  I am the type of person who likes to get the job done, be there for people, and who will work their hardest to get something done or accomplished.  I personally think the test could help me in college because it tells me who I am and what kind of qualities I have and also the ones that I lack on so that I can improve on those as well.  It can help me as a writer by just showing what  kind of things I like to write about.  It could even help me on figuring out what to write, or how to write it.  Shows the type of writer I am as well.  But then again, I am my own person and no one can really say what I am or what I like or don't like so I just be myself and not worry.

About Me

I am a freshman in college.  I'm a very outgoing person and love to meet new people.  I did gymnastics for 5 years, and I have been a cheerleader for Elite Athletics for 12 years now.  Cheerleading is my life and passion and I plan to own my own gym one day.
